TrustlyR provides reputation management and review-related services, including but not limited to: facilitating the acquisition of Google reviews and other third-party platform reviews, local SEO and ranking services, and related consulting or support. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of your engagement will be set forth in your order, package description, or separate agreement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as star ratings, ranking positions, or review counts) and any examples or estimates are for illustration only.

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law, or the terms or policies of third-party platforms (e.g., Google).
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information when registering or placing orders.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or business.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or content provided through the Service without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or others.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrustlyR operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TrustlyR regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
